Remembrance Week at the Tea Rooms was a very special time for all of us, as we all know somebody involved in our Armed Forces. Our very own John, Terri and Dirk have all served in the military which made it a very special week for everyone here.

We offered all current serving personnel and veterans 50% OFF all of their food and drink as a small thank you to them for their service. We met some amazing people who had some incredible stories to tell.

With the Tea Rooms being based at the beautiful Pet Cemetery and with our NMWDM Charity we decided to dedicate a lot of our time and effort towards the Purple Poppy and what it represents. The Purple Poppy represents the working dogs who sadly sacrificed their lives in the wars also. Darren, our very talented pastry chef made some amazing treats including some Purple Poppy Cupcakes as well as a huge Purple Poppy Cake.

All in all we had a fantastic week of celebrating and remembering those who sacrificed their today for our tomorrow.
